CANCELLATION POLICY
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & POLICIES Hello to all my Alluring Visions Salon clients 💇🏽‍♀️ Please review the following information carefully. Salon Environment • No children • No extra guests during services Outside-Hours Appointments Appointments scheduled outside regular business hours include an additional fee: • Overtime appointments: +$25 • Closed-hours appointments: +$40 (Fees are added to the service total.) Late Arrivals • Arrivals 10 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee • Arrivals over 30 minutes late will forfeit the appointment and be charged 50% of the scheduled service No Refund Policy Any concerns with your hair must be communicated before leaving the stylist chair. Weather, sweat, and moisture protection are the responsibility of the client. No refunds are provided or redo hairstyles Cancellation Policy (Updated) • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: No charge • Same-day cancellations or cancellations made outside the 48-hour window: 50% of the scheduled service • No-call / No-show appointments: 100% of the scheduled service Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges. Health History Please notify Sophia of any allergies, medical conditions, disabilities, or pregnancy prior to service. If you experience discomfort during your service, notify me immediately.
